Pricing questions

Answers before you commit to a plan.

The short version of everything below: no contracts, cancel anytime, and every number on this page comes straight from what we actually charge and enforce — nothing here is aspirational.

What counts against my plan's quota?
Cut out the noise and focus on the most relevant posts and comments from your keyword matches, saving you time by maximizing your high-quality interactions. A daily cap also applies (Starter: 1,000/day; Growth: 2,500/day). See your usage page for today's remaining scored leads. Your quota resets every billing month, and everything else Pulse surfaces — matches, replies drafted, AI Visibility prompts — has its own limit on the pricing table above, so a busy month in one area never eats into another.
What happens if I get close to my monthly cap?
Pulse warns you before you run out. If your projected monthly usage is on track to exceed your plan's cap, you'll see an in-app alert prompting you to prune your lowest-value keyword combinations to recover quota — so you can act before anything actually stops being scored.
How does billing and cancellation work?
Plans are billed month to month, or annually for a lower effective rate. There are no contracts: you can cancel anytime from your account settings, with no cancellation fees, and you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my data if I stay on the Free plan?
Free-plan matches and leads are kept for 30 days and then automatically cleared — the same retention window every paid plan uses. Upgrading later doesn’t change how your existing data was handled; it just stops the clock going forward.
What's the real difference between Starter and Growth?
Starter: Everything you need to start converting leads from Reddit faster. Growth: Manage multiple projects and expand your reach with higher limits. Growth also steps up to Priority chat & email and Advanced reporting, versus Chat & email and Basic reporting on Starter — on top of the higher project, keyword and competitor limits shown in the table above.
Do I save money paying annually?
Yes. Paying annually gets you 4 months free on Starter — $29/mo drops to an effective $19/mo billed at $232/year — and 4 months free on Growth, where $99/mo drops to an effective $66/mo billed at $792/year. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
